Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 Jun 2026
These terms govern your use of PodLog Pro. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
The service
PodLog Pro helps regulated professionals turn podcast listening into continuing professional development records. Features include integrations with podcast platforms, AI episode summaries, and downloadable certificates and reports.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and connected services secure, and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions and trial
PodLog Pro is offered at AUD $5 per month or AUD $50 per year. New accounts receive a one month free trial. After the trial, the subscription you selected begins and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not refund unused time.
Third party services
PodLog Pro integrates with services you choose to connect, including Spotify. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We access only the data needed to provide PodLog Pro and never modify your accounts on those services. You can disconnect a service at any time from the Integrations page.
Professional responsibility
PodLog Pro helps you document podcast learning for continuing professional development. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Whether podcast learning qualifies for CPD, CME, or CLE credit is determined by your accreditation body, and you remain responsible for meeting its requirements. Certificates we issue are attendance style records, not accreditation.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access non public areas, submit false identity or registration information, share your account, or use PodLog Pro in a way that violates Spotify's or any other connected service's terms.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights to PodLog Pro, its branding, and its content. Spotify branding shown in the app is the property of Spotify AB. You retain ownership of the records and notes you create.
Liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PodLog Pro will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or any decision an accreditation body makes about your records.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or in app at least 14 days before they take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
